Convention Keeper
Turns agreed conventions into daily habits — so your team actually works the way you decided to work.

What It Does
Work conventions are the rules your team agrees on so everyone works in a predictable way — how to name tasks, which fields to fill, when to hand off, who owns what. Without them, ten people do the same thing ten different ways.
The problem isn't agreeing on conventions. Teams do that. The problem is enforcing them three weeks later when half the tasks are missing assignees and new hires have never seen the rules. The people who set those standards are too busy doing real work to police every task — so the standards quietly die.
This teammate never forgets what you agreed on. It scans your projects, flags where reality drifted from your conventions, and drops friendly comments pointing people to the exact rule. Not lectures — nudges. Your Convention Setter and Workflow Guardians still make the calls. This teammate makes sure those calls are heard.
How It Works
Two triggers: (1) Added as collaborator on monitored projects — re-triggers on every task update, catching missing info in real time. (2) A recurring weekly task kicks off the full audit.
Reads the Work Conventions project first to know current rules and their status (On Trial vs Accepted). Then scans tasks against those conventions — custom fields, assignees, due dates, naming patterns, section placement.
Convention Setter or Workflow Guardian reviews flagged tasks and the weekly summary. They decide which gaps need action vs. which are acceptable exceptions.
Individual tasks get short, friendly comments linking to the exact convention. A weekly summary task is created in the conventions project with adherence trends and patterns worth discussing.
